Service agreement
Brentwood Garage Door Rescue provides residential garage door repair and opener service in Brentwood, Tennessee. By booking a visit, you agree to these terms: upfront pricing that you confirm before any work begins, payment due when the job is finished, and clear access to your garage on the day of service.
Our work covers garage door repair services such as opener repair on belt drive and chain drive units, broken torsion and extension spring replacement, cable repair, off-track doors, roller and track service, photo-eye sensor alignment, panel replacement, weather seal replacement, and new door and opener installation.
Scheduling and service visits
We are open Monday through Friday, 7AM to 7PM, and Saturday, 8AM to 4PM. Sunday visits are for emergencies only. When you book, we give you an arrival window and the technician calls or texts when they are on the way.
If we arrive and cannot reach you or cannot access the garage, we may need to reschedule, and a service visit charge may apply. Please share gate codes or entry instructions for gated communities when you book, and let us know about any pets in the garage area.
Estimates and upfront pricing
Every job gets one clear price before work starts, and you approve it before we touch anything. Most jobs fall between $129 and $399 (Basic $129, Standard $249, Premium $399). The number we quote on site is the number you pay, assuming the scope does not change.
If the diagnosis turns up a second issue, we explain it in plain language and quote it separately. We never start extra work without your approval, and you are free to decline anything beyond the original quote.
Payment
Payment is due when the job is complete and you have seen the door run through its test cycles. We accept common payment methods at the time of service. We do not offer online payments, so nothing is charged in advance through this website.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Plans change, and that is fine. Call (615) 637-1416 to cancel or reschedule, and let us know as early as you can so we can offer the slot to someone else. There is no charge for cancellations made with reasonable notice.
Your responsibilities on service day
So the technician can work safely and efficiently, please clear the area inside and in front of the garage before we arrive. Move vehicles and stored items at least a few feet from the door and the opener so we can access the torsion springs, tracks, and photo-eye sensors on both sides.
Please also keep pets secured away from the work area, and tell us about any known electrical issues or damage to the door before we begin. These small steps help most visits finish within 1 to 3 hours.
Limitation of liability
Our work covers the parts and labor listed on your invoice. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, problems caused by other contractors, normal wear and tear, or doors and openers we have not serviced. Springs, cables, rollers, and openers wear out over time, and some components simply reach the end of their service life.
If something related to our work is not right, call us and tell us. We will come back, look at it, and make it right within the scope of what we were hired to do.
